FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. Notwithstanding any prior inspections, usage or payments, all Goods shall be subject to: (a) final inspection which may include measurement, testing or examination; and (b) acceptance at Penske’s facility within a reasonable time (but not more than 90 days) after receipt of the Goods.
