Final Integrated Agreement Sample Clauses
Final Integrated Agreement. This Settlement Agreement and the documents referred to herein constitute the entire, final and binding understanding between the Parties hereto; that no other statement or representation, written or oral, express or implied, has been received or relied upon in the settlement, and that all prior discussions, statements and negotiations made or which have occurred prior to the date of the Settlement Agreement shall be deemed merged into this Settlement Agreement and the documents referred to herein, and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
Final Integrated Agreement. This Agreement and other written agreements or sections thereof which are expressly referred to in this Agreement constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings, agreements and undertakings with respect to its subject matter including but not limited to all provisions contained in the Employment Agreement that do not expressly survive under this Agreement.
Final Integrated Agreement. This Agreement and any agreement referred to herein integrate all terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental hereto and supersede all oral negotiations and prior writings with respect to the subject matter hereof. The terms hereof may not be contradicted by any evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the parties. There are no unwritten oral agreements between the parties hereto.
