Common use of Final Notices Clause in Contracts

Final Notices. 6.5.1 A final notice confirms that the liable person has lost the rights to make payment by instalments and the full balance remaining is payable within 7 days. 6.5.2 EK Services will issue a Final Notice in the following circumstances; ● Where a customer has not complied with the terms of payment on a first reminder notice (or second reminder notice for Council Tax); ● Where balances remain unpaid on a closed account; ● Where balances are outstanding in respect of a previous financial year. 6.5.3 Final notices are issued by second class post on the day they are printed.
