Final Payment and Release. The acceptance by Architect or Architect's successors of final payment under this Agreement, shall constitute a full and complete release of Owner from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever that Architect or Architect's successors have or may have against Owner pursuant to this Agreement except those claims specifically identified in writing by Architect as unsettled at the time of the final request for payment.
