Final Report and follow-up. 6.4.1. Immediately after the completion of the Project and not later than three (3) months after the expiry of the Investment Period, the Project Leader shall submit a written final report in respect of the Project (the “Final Report”). The Project Participants shall contribute to the preparation of the Final Report, and the principles stated in Clause 6.3.3 shall apply relative to the preparation of the Final Report. The Final Report shall be prepared in accordance with IFD’s “General Terms and Conditions for Grand Solutions” in force at any time, see Clause‌

As part of the evaluation of the Project and the preparation of the Final Report, the Project Participants undertake to be at the disposal of IFD. 6.4.2. For up to three (3) years after the completion of the Project, the Project Participants undertake to participate in IFD’s annual Project Follow-ups.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
