Common use of Final Reporting Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Final Reporting Upon Termination. Should this Agreement be terminated by either party, within sixty (60) days after the termination, PROVIDER shall provide MSHN with all financial, performance, and other reports required as a condition of this Agreement. MSHN will make payments to PROVIDER for allowable reimbursable costs not covered by previous payments or other State or Federal programs. PROVIDER shall immediately refund to MSHN any funds not authorized for use and any payments or funds advanced to PROVIDER in excess of allowable reimbursable expenditures. Any dispute arising as a result of this Agreement shall be resolved in the State of Michigan.
