Common use of Final Reporting Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Final Reporting Upon Termination. Should this agreement be terminated by either party, within thirty (30) days after the termination, the Grantee shall provide the Department with all financial, performance and other reports required as a condition of this agreement. The Department will make payments to the Grantee for allowable reimbursable costs not covered by previous payments or other state or federal programs. The Grantee shall immediately refund to the Department any funds not authorized for use and any payments or funds advanced to the Grantee in excess of allowable reimbursable expenditures. Any dispute arising as a result of this agreement shall be resolved in the State of Michigan.
