Common use of Final Schedule of Base Capitation Rates Clause in Contracts

Final Schedule of Base Capitation Rates. The Department will provide the PH-MCO with a final schedule of Base Capitation Rates and Maternity Care Rates. The rates in Xxxxxxxx 0x, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, included with this Agreement will remain in effect until agreement is reached on new rates and their effective date. The PH-MCO must conclude discussion about the rates timely for the purposes of execution of an amendment and the Department’s need to obtain prior approval of the rates from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
