Common use of Final Site Cleaning Clause in Contracts

Final Site Cleaning. Prior to Final Acceptance of the Work, Contractor shall clean the Site and the Work and make it ready for utilization by City or adjacent property owner. At the completion of the Work Contractor shall remove from the Site all tools, appliances, construction equipment and machinery, and surplus materials and shall restore to original condition or better all property disturbed by the Work.
