Common use of Final Term Sheet Clause in Contracts

Final Term Sheet. The Ventas Entities shall prepare a final term sheet reflecting the final terms of the Notes, including the price at which the Notes are to be sold to the public, in the form attached hereto, and shall file such term sheet pursuant to Rule 433(d) under the Securities Act within the time required by such rule (such term sheet, the “Final Term Sheet”).

Final Term Sheet. The Ventas Entities shall will prepare a final term sheet reflecting the final terms containing solely a description of the Notes, including the price at which the Notes are to be sold to the public, in the a form attached hereto, and shall will file such term sheet pursuant to Rule 433(d) under the Securities Act within the time required by such rule (such term sheet, the “Final Term Sheet”).

Final Term Sheet. The Ventas Entities shall prepare a final term sheet reflecting the final terms of the 2024 Notes, including the price at which the 2024 Notes are to be sold to the public, and the final terms of the 2049 Notes, including the price at which the 2049 Notes are to be sold to the public, in the form attached hereto, and shall file such term sheet pursuant to Rule 433(d) under the Securities Act within the time required by such rule (such term sheet, the “Final Term Sheet”).
