FINALITY AND ENFORCEMENT OF AWARD. All decisions of arbitrators pursuant to this Article shall be final, valid, irrevocable and conclusively binding upon the parties to the dispute. The award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction and the parties agree to stipulate to entry of judgment.
