FINALITY - CANADA AND THE BAND. Subject to subsection 15.01(c) and section 15.08, the Band agrees that this Agreement sets forth, in a full and complete manner, the actions necessary to implement and fulfil the terms of Treaty in respect of land entitlement for the Band and its Members and, by carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, Canada's Treaty land entitlement obligations shall be fulfilled.
