Common use of Finality of Judgment Clause in Contracts

Finality of Judgment. The Court shall enter a Final Approval Order substantially similar in form and content to Exhibit F-1. The Final Approval Order must become Final as defined in Section 2.17 above, and shall, among other things: (a) Find that (i) the Court has personal jurisdiction over all Settlement Class Members; (ii) the Court has subject-matter jurisdiction over the claims asserted in this Litigation; and (iii) venue is proper;

Finality of Judgment. The Court shall enter a the Final Approval Order and the Judgment in the form substantially similar in form and content to Exhibit F-1D to this Agreement, respectively. The Final Approval Order and the Judgment must become Final as defined in accordance with Section 2.17 3.02.4 above, and shall, among other things: (a) Find that (i) the Court has personal jurisdiction over all Settlement Class Members; (ii) the Court has subject-matter jurisdiction over the claims asserted in this Litigation; and (iii) venue is proper;

The Final Approval Order Judgment must become Final as defined in Section 2.17 2.19 above, and shall, among other things: (a) Find that (i) the Court has personal jurisdiction over all Settlement Class Members; (ii) the Court has subject-matter jurisdiction over the claims asserted in this Litigation; and (iii) venue is proper;
