Common use of Finance and Accounting Clause in Contracts

Finance and Accounting. The Chief Financial Officer of Manager will have overall responsibility for the financial services to be provided by Manager under this Agreement. Manager will be responsible for the following financial and accounting services: accounting and reporting; financial planning and budgeting; treasury functions; settlements with Sprint PCS; assistance in the preparation of federal, state and local tax returns (the payment of such taxes being the responsibility of Licensee); and the cash management/accounts payable services described in ARTICLE 12. The services of the Chief Financial Officer of Manager and other employees of Manager as outlined in this SECTION 7.2, shall be deemed to be Management Services for which Manager shall be entitled to the Management Fee, as set forth in SECTION 10.1.
