Financial Accounting Practices. Such Account Party will, and will cause each of its consolidated Subsidiaries to, make and keep books, records and accounts which, in reasonable detail, accurately and fairly reflect its transactions and dispositions of its assets and maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements required under Section 6.01 in conformity with GAAP and SAP, as applicable, and to maintain accountability for assets.
