Common use of Financial Advisor / Broker Fees Clause in Contracts

Financial Advisor / Broker Fees. There is no investment bank or other financial advisor or finder or broker that has been retained by, or is authorized to act, directly or indirectly, on behalf of such Selling Shareholder or any of its Affiliates (excluding the Company Parties) who may be owed any brokerage, placement, finder or other fees or commissions relating to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
