Common use of Financial Advisors and Brokers Clause in Contracts

Financial Advisors and Brokers. No Person has acted directly or indirectly as a broker, finder or financial advisor of the Investor in connection with the Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated thereby, and no Person acting for or on behalf of the Investor is entitled to receive any broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in respect thereof based in any way on any agreement, arrangement or understanding made by or on behalf of the Investor.

Financial Advisors and Brokers. No Person has acted directly or indirectly as a broker, finder or financial advisor of the Investor in connection with the Transaction Documents Agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby, and no Person acting for or on behalf of the Investor is entitled to receive any broker’s's, finder’s 's or similar fee or commission in respect thereof based in any way on any agreement, arrangement or understanding made by or on behalf of the InvestorInvestor or any of its directors, officers or employees.

No Person has acted acted, directly or indirectly indirectly, as a broker, finder or financial advisor of the Investor Ventures in connection with the Transaction Documents this Agreement or the transactions contemplated thereby, and no Person acting for or on behalf of the Investor is entitled to receive any broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in respect thereof based in any way on any agreement, arrangement or understanding made by or on behalf of the InvestorVentures or any of its directors, officers, members or employees.

No Other than Affiliates of the Investor, no Person has acted directly or indirectly as a broker, finder or financial advisor of the Investor in connection with the Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated thereby, and and, other than fees that may be payable to Affiliates of the Investor by the Investor, no Person acting for or on behalf of the Investor is entitled to receive any broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in respect thereof based in any way on any agreement, arrangement or understanding made by or on behalf of the Investor.
