Common use of Financial Advisors Clause in Contracts

Financial Advisors. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Buyer.

No broker, finder or investment banker is will be entitled to any brokerage, finder’s 's or other fee or commission from any Purchaser Party or from any Acquired Company, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Contemplated Transactions based upon any agreements, arrangements or commitments, written or oral, made by or on behalf of Buyerany Seller.
