Common use of Financial and Other Reports Clause in Contracts

Financial and Other Reports. Subrecipient shall submit to COUNTY such reports and back-up data as may be required by the Federal Government or COUNTY, including such reports which enable COUNTY to submit its own reports to the US Department of Treasury, in accordance with the following schedule, which may be amended from time to time: REPORT DEADLINE Reimbursement Invoice Quarterly Summary Report 10th of January, April, July, October This provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement with respect to any reports which the Subrecipient is required to submit to COUNTY following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
