FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE REPORTING. Financial Reports - A Fiscal Monitoring Report comparing the Recipient's actual expenditures of the project with the approved Budget included in this Grant/Loan Agreement shall be submitted with each request for payment, except for advance funding, if any. The Fiscal Monitoring Report shall be certified by the Recipient's Chief Financial Officer and submitted to the Department with the State voucher requesting payment.
