Financial and Reporting Requirements. Each Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Lender: (a) Copies of each annual report on SEC Form 10-K filed by the Borrowers with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") for a fiscal year, within five business days after the date of filing; (b) Copies of each quarterly report on SEC Form 10-Q filed by the Borrowers with the SEC for a fiscal quarter, within five business days after the date of filing; (c) Within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrowers, evidence of the payment of all real estate taxes and assessments due and payable with respect to the Mortgaged Property owned by each Borrower and payment of all insurance premiums with respect to the insurance policies required by this Agreement; and (d) Such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Lender from time to time in order to enable the Lender to evaluate the financial condition and cash flow of the Borrowers and the Mortgaged Property.
