Common use of Financial and Security Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Financial and Security Arrangements. The Orthodontic Entity and Apple agree that the compensation set forth in this ARTICLE VI is being paid to Apple in consideration of the services provided and the substantial commitment and effort made by Apple hereunder and that such fees have been negotiated at arm's length, and are fair and reasonable and consistent with fair market value.
