FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS AND SUPPORT. 11.1 Recognizing the significant financial investments required to support Woodland Caribou conservation and recovery, the Parties will work together on an annual basis to identify needs, priorities and funding opportunities to implement conservation and recovery measures to achieve the recovery outcomes identified in this Agreement. 11.2 The Parties recognize that implementation of this Agreement is subject to their respective appropriations, priorities and budgetary constraints.
