Financial Assistance Calculation and Disbursement Procedures. a. Calculation of Financial Assistance. The funds awarded for A&D 67 services are intended to be general financial assistance to the County for A&D 67 services for individuals receiving alcohol and drug adult or youth residential treatment services or both. Accordingly, OHA will not track delivery of A&D 67 services on a per unit basis, so long as the County offers and delivers A&D services under this Agreement.
