Financial Benefit. Each Guarantor hereby acknowledges and warrants it has derived or expects to derive a financial advantage from the financial accommodations made by the Beneficiary to the Company. After giving effect to this Guaranty and the other transactions contemplated hereby, such Guarantor is Solvent.
