Financial CFDs. The trading conditions (Contract Specification Policy) and execution rules (Order Execution Policy) of the financial instruments on offer by the Company can be found online at the Company Website at any given time and are fully incorporated herein as an integral part of this Agreement. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, upon notice to the Client, the Company reserves the right to amend the said trading conditions and execution rules from time to time. Where the Company duly amends any part of the trading conditions and/or execution rules the Client continues to be bound by the Agreement, including but not limited to any amendments that have been implemented.
