FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENTS. 6.1 In exercise of their respective powers under Section 75 of the 2006 Act, the Partners have agreed to establish and maintain such Pooled Funds for expenditure as set out in the Scheme specifications shown at Appendix 1.
