Financial Control Services. Beacon Hill shall work with the Trust to review, maintain and update the Trust’s controls over financial reporting as defined in Rule 30a-3 of the 1940 Act, which shall be reasonably designed to adhere to the provisions of Sarbanes Oxley and applicable federal securities laws (“Financial Controls Program”). In support of the Financial Controls Program, Beacon Hill agrees to provide the financial controls services outlined in Schedule C.
