Common use of Financial Hold Clause in Contracts

Financial Hold. I understand and agree that, if I fail to pay my student account xxxx or any monies due and owing to the University by the scheduled due date, the University will place a financial hold on my student account which will prevent me from registering for future classes, requesting transcripts, or receiving my diploma.

I understand and agree that, that if I fail to pay my student account xxxx bill or any monies due and owing to the Xxxxxx University by the scheduled due date, the Xxxxxx University will place a financial hold Financial Hold on my student account which will prevent account, preventing me from making changes to my current schedule, registering for future classes, requesting obtaining official transcripts, or and receiving my diploma.

I understand and agree that, if I fail to pay my student account xxxx or any monies due and owing to the University by the scheduled due date, the University will place a financial hold on my student account which and/or refer my account for Administrative Withdraw proceedings. I further understand any outstanding balance will prevent me from registering for future classes, participating in room selection, requesting official transcripts, or and receiving my diploma.
