Any notice, financial statement, report or information required to be furnished pursuant to any clause of this Section 8.01 may be furnished by posting the contents of such notice, or such financial statement, report or other information, in a report, notice, proxy statement, registration statement, prospectus, release or other statement on EXXXX, any successor website maintained by the Securities and Exchange Commission or Parent’s website, and any such notice, financial statement, report or other information shall be deemed furnished on the date Parent notifies Administrative Agent of such posting. Subject to the foregoing, the Credit Parties will furnish Administrative Agent and each Lender copies of the following notices, financial statements, reports or information:
