Financial Information, Reports. Within the time periods specified ,and if no time period is specified, five (5) Business Days shall be deemed the time period, deliver to Crestmark, all financial information, reports, certificates, notices and other information herein required of Borrower, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or the Collateral Documents.
