Common use of Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Financial Information. The Company agrees to send the following reports to each Buyer until such Buyer transfers, assigns, or sells all of the Securities: (i) within ten (10) days after the filing with the SEC, a copy of its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-QSB and any Current Reports on Form 8-K; (ii) within one (1) day after release, copies of all press releases issued by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; and

Financial Information. The Company agrees to send the following reports to each Buyer until such Buyer transfers, assigns, or sells all of the Securities: (i) within ten (10) days after the filing with the SEC, a copy of its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB KSB, its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-QSB and any Current Reports on Form 8-K; (ii) within one (1) day after release, copies of all press releases issued by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; andand (iii) contemporaneously with the making available or giving to the stockholders of the Company, copies of any notices or other information the Company makes available or gives to such stockholders.

The So long as any Purchasers (or any of their respective affiliates) beneficially own any Securities, the Company agrees to shall send (via electronic transmission or otherwise) the following reports to each Buyer until such Buyer transfers, assigns, or sells all of the SecuritiesPurchaser: (i) within ten (10) days after the filing with the SEC, a copy of its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB K, its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-QSB Q, its proxy statements and any Current Reports on Form 8-K; and (ii) within one (1) day after release, copies of all press releases issued by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; and.
