Supporting Information. Each Franchise Fee payment shall be accompanied by a brief report prepared by a representative of Franchisee showing the basis for the computation.

Supplier will provide Spark with all information Spark may reasonably require from time to time to validate the time spent and charges for time and materials work, and the overall computation of the Charges and Expenses. Supplier acknowledges that Spark will not be obliged to make payment for any Charges or Expenses for which Supplier fails to provide appropriate timesheets, third party invoices and any other supporting documentation reasonably required by Spark for the purpose of verifying the Charges and Expenses.

Supporting information is information required by the Contract Documents or requested by Owner when reviewing a submittal that Owner determines is necessary to analyze and verify that the submittal conforms to the Contract Documents or will be needed by Owner to operate and maintain a manufactured product or system to be constructed as part of the work. XXXX shall submit supporting information for a system bound together and include information about all manufactured items for the system. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, supporting information shall comply with applicable requirements of the Specifications and shall include but not be limited to the following:
(1) List of Subcontractors;
(2) List of Materials;
(3) Manufacturer’s certifications that materials to be supplied meet the requirements of the Contract Documents, where the Contract Documents allow such certifications or Owner waives materials testing requirements. Owner may require materials test data as part of the certification;
(4) Data including but not limited to catalog sheets, manufacturer’s brochures, technical bulletins, specifications, diagrams, product samples, and other information necessary to describe a system, product or item. This information may be required for irrigation systems, street lighting systems, and traffic signals, and may also be required for any product, manufactured item, or system.
Supporting Information. Each Franchise fee payment shall be accompanied by a brief report prepared by a representative of Franchisee showing the basis for the computation, and a breakdown by major revenue categories (such as Basic Service, premium service, etc.). The City shall have the right to reasonably request further supporting information for each Franchise fee payment, subject to the proprietary information provision of Section 8.7.

All consolidated historical financial information provided by Horizon/CMS to HEALTHSOUTH in connection with HEALTHSOUTH's due diligence investigation prior to the date of this Plan of Merger, and all such information provided to HEALTHSOUTH on or after the date of this Plan of Merger, is supported by detailed information at the facility or operating unit level and is in all respects consistent with and fairly reflective of such detailed information.
