Common use of Financial Interests Clause in Contracts

Financial Interests. Attorney is deemed to be a “Consultant” for the purposes of the Political Reform Act conflict of interest and disclosure provisions and shall report economic interests to the City Clerk on the required Statement of Economic Interests in such reporting categories as are specified in Exhibit A, or if none are specified, then as determined by the City Attorney.
