Common use of Financial Models Clause in Contracts

Financial Models. The Administrative Agents shall have received consolidated financial models (including, without limitation, projections through the Company's 2010 fiscal year) and pro forma financial statements relating to the Company and its Subsidiaries (which financial models and pro forma consolidated financial statements shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agents), certified by a Responsible Officer of the Company as (i) being the financial models and pro forma financial statements referenced in Section 8.17(a) and (ii) having been delivered to each Lender prior to the date of execution by such Lender of this Agreement.
