Common use of Financial Projections and Budget Clause in Contracts

Financial Projections and Budget. As soon as available and in any event within 110 days after the first day of each fiscal year of Terra, Terra will furnish to the Administrative Agent, with sufficient copies for each Lender and each Issuing Bank, financial projections and a budget for such fiscal year and each subsequent fiscal year of Terra to and including the fiscal year in which the Terra Commitment Termination Date is scheduled to occur, in each case in form and detail similar to the financial projections and budget delivered under Section 5.03(l) of the Existing Credit Agreement.
