Financial Projections. Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.32, Xxxxxxx agrees upon request to provide City with financial projections (including profit and loss figures) for the activities and/or projects contemplated by this Grant (“Project”) and annual audited financial statements thereafter. Xxxxxxx agrees that all such projections and financial statements shall be public records that must be disclosed.
