Common use of Financial Projections Clause in Contracts

Financial Projections. Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.32, Grantee has on or before the date hereof provided to City financial projections, including profit and loss figures, for the Project. For the term of the Agreement, Grantee shall within days after the end of [Grantee's fiscal year end] provide to City annual financial statements for the Project certified by the Grantee as complete and accurate and audited by an independent accounting firm.
