Financial Provisions for Individual Exchange. The provisions of this Section 5.01 shall apply with respect to the Individual Exchange. (a) Schedule of Rates. The Exchange and Contractor have agreed upon monthly premium rates (“Monthly Rates”) payable to Contractor as compensation for Services provided under this Agreement.
