Financial Reporting and Reconciliation. (a) As part of the City’s financial review and reconciliation process with the Agency at year end, the Agency shall be required to submit detailed financial information and Audited Financial Statements based on the calendar year and in the format of Schedule K-3 to the City to determine the level of funding the Agency ought to have received, adjust the amount payable, if applicable, and verify that the funding provided was used for the purpose(s) intended.
