FINANCIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT. The financial services agreement for the Year of 2016 between the Finance Company and Magang Group signed on 22 December 2015 will expire on 31 December 2016. On 29 December 2016, the Finance Company and Magang Group entered into the Financial Services Agreement for the Year of 2017, pursuant to which, the Finance Company agreed to provide Magang Group and its subsidiaries with deposit services, loan services and other financial services subject to the terms and conditions provided therein.
