Finductive’s Acceptance/Refusal To Set-Up A Payment Account Finductive may refuse to set-up a Payment Account for any reason without having to justify its decision to the Applicant. Such a refusal shall not result in the payment of any damages. If Finductive accepts the Applicants application to open a Finductive Corporate Payment Account, Finductive will communicate such decision to the Applicant via e-mail and confirm that the legal entity is now an Account Holder of a Finductive Corporate Payment Account or otherwise.
