Fingerprinting. For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.

Fingerprinting. Contractor shall comply at all times with the provisions of Education Code section 45125.2 regarding the submission of employee fingerprints to the California Department of Justice and the completion of criminal background investigations of its employees, its subcontractor(s), and its subcontractors’ employees. Verification of compliance with this section shall be provided in writing to the District prior to each individual's commencement of employment or performing any portion of the Services and prior to permitting contact with any student.
Fingerprinting. Developer shall comply with the provisions of Education Code section 45125.2 regarding the submission of employee fingerprints to the California Department of Justice and the completion of criminal background investigations of its employees, Subcontractor(s), and Subcontractors’ employees. Developer shall not permit any employee to have any contact with District pupils until such time as Developer has verified in writing to the governing board of the District, (A) that such employee has not been convicted of a violent or serious felony, as defined in Education Code section 45122.1 and/or (B) that the prohibition does not apply to an employee as provided by Education Code section 45125.1(e)(2) or (3). Developer shall fully complete and perform all tasks required pursuant to the Criminal Background Investigation/ Fingerprinting Certification.
Fingerprinting. By execution of the Agreement, the CONTRACTOR acknowledges that Education Code Section 45125.1 applies to contracts for the provision of school and classroom janitorial, school site administrative, school site grounds and landscape maintenance, pupil transportation, and school site food-related services, and any similar services. Section 45125.1 requires that employees of entities providing such services to school districts must be fingerprinted by the California Department of Justice for a criminal records check, unless the NUSD determines that the CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’S employees will have limited contact with pupils. In making this determination, NUSD will consider the totality of the circumstances, including factors such as the length of time the CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’S employees will be alone or with others.
Fingerprinting. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of California Education Code section 45125.1, and perform the following acts: 24.1. Require all current and subsequent employees of Contractor who may enter a school site during the time that pupils are present to submit their fingerprints in a manner authorized by the California Department of Justice (the “CADOJ”). 24.2. Prohibit employees of Contractor from coming into contact with pupils until the CADOJ has ascertained that the employee has not been convicted of a felony as defined in California Education Code section 45122.1. 24.3. Certify in writing, using the District’s fingerprinting certification form (available at the District Risk Finance and Insurance Services website) to the District that neither Contractor nor any of Contractor’s employees who may enter a school site during the time that pupils are present have been convicted of a felony as defined in California Education Code section 45122.1 and provide such certification to the District Risk Finance and Insurance Services. 24.4. Provide a list of the names of Contractor’s employees who may have contact with pupils to the District Risk Finance and Insurance Services. This list shall be updated for employee changes and shall list employees by appropriate school site. 24.5. The District may require the Contractor and its employees who may have contact with pupils to submit to additional background checks at the District’s sole and absolute discretion.
Fingerprinting. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that he/she or its employees may be subject to fingerprinting and a criminal history record check as may be required by the Education Law of the State of New York. In such event, Contractor agrees to cooperate with the School District and to complete any and all necessary forms or procedures, all at no cost or expense to the School District.
Fingerprinting. Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.2, the District has determined on the basis of scope of Services in this Agreement, that Architect, its Consultants and their employees will have only limited contact with pupils. Architect shall promptly notify the District in writing of any facts or circumstances which might reasonably lead the District to determine that contact will be more than limited as defined by Education Code section 45125.1(d).

Fingerprinting. Section 11.01 Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.2, DISTRICT has determined on the basis of scope of work in the Agreement of this Project, that RGMK and its subcontractors and employees will have only limited contact with pupils at most. RGMK shall promptly notify DISTRICT in writing of any facts or circumstances which might reasonably lead DISTRICT to determine that contact will be more than limited as defined by Education Code section 45125.1(d).
Fingerprinting. This contract is subject to the provisions of Education Code Section 45125.1. Vendors’ employees are required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice where an employee may come into contact with students at any site. The Department of Justice will ascertain whether the employee has a pending criminal proceeding for a violent or serious felony or has been convicted of a violent or serious felony as they are defined in Penal Code Sections 667.5c and 1192.7c respectively. Vendor shall not permit an employee to come in contact with students until the Department of Justice has ascertained that the employee has not been convicted of a felony as defined in Education Code Section 45122.1. Vendor shall certify in writing to the District that none of its employees who may come in contact with students have been convicted of a felony as defined in Education Code Section 45122.2. District may request the removal of an employee from a site at any time. Failure to comply with this provision may result in termination of the Contract.
Fingerprinting. 3.1 The Operator shall ensure that it has systems, processes and controls in place to run fingerprinting at regular intervals as per the specifications provided by the Broadcaster and as reasonably requested from time to time. 3.2 The Operator shall ensure that all STBs should support both visible and covert types fingerprinting and should be compatible for running fingerprinting whether operated by the Operator or by the Broadcaster. 3.3 The Operator shall ensure that it shall be able to operate the fingerprinting across all Subscribers based on pre-set parameters and such fingerprinting should, apart from the foregoing, be possible and available on global, group and regional bases at all times. On screen display should support a minimum number of characters that preserve uniqueness to that VC and STB and any amendment of those characters will be on a pre-determined, consistent basis. 3.4 The Operator shall ensure that the following processes shall be deployed to keep a check on piracy and misuse of the signals of the Channel(s): 3.4.1 The Channel(s)’ fingerprinting should pass through without masking or tampering with respect to time, location, duration and frequency; 3.4.2 Fingerprinting to be provided by the Operator on the Channel(s), as per the scheme provided by the Broadcaster; the Broadcaster shall have a right to give the time, location, duration of fingerprinting at a reasonably short notice (i.e. at least 30 minutes prior notice or more).
