Fingerprinting and Conduct on Project Site. 11.1. Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.1, the Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Investigation Certification must be completed and attached to this Agreement prior to Architect’s performing of any portion of the Services. Architect expressly acknowledges that the following conditions shall apply to any work performed by Architect and/or Architect’s employees on a school site:
