FINRA Advise. Until the earlier of (i) the date all Option Units purchasable pursuant to this Agreement have been delivered to the Underwriters and (ii) the date the Option expires, the Company shall advise FINRA, the Underwriters and their counsel if it becomes aware that any 10% or greater stockholder of the Company becomes an affiliate or associated person of a Member participating in the distribution of the Units.
