The non-objection letter issued by FINRA with respect to the Registration Statement shall not have been rescinded, withdrawn or suspended, nor shall FINRA have raised any subsequent objection to, or issued comments with respect to, the amount of compensation allowable or payable to the Underwriter as described in the Registration Statement.
