Fire Code Review and Approvals. a. For developments located on real property owned by the Port and located outside the AAA, the City shall provide one (1) copy of submitted drawings and specifications to the Port for review and comment regarding fire code requirements and/or operational needs. b. The Port may provide comments and/or recommend permit conditions to the City which shall be included into the City’s review comments and/or permit conditions. The Port’s comments and/or conditions must be received by the City within the established permit review timeframe which will not be less than seven (7) working days from receipt of the drawings or plan specifications. It will be the Port’s sole discretion as to whether or not it provides comments and/or recommends permit conditions to the City.
