Common use of Fire Hazards Clause in Contracts

Fire Hazards. Tenant will not cause, maintain or permit anything to be done in the Premises nor keep anything in the Premises which will, in the opinion of Landlord, increase the possibility of fire or other casualty or increase the then existing premiums for or void the coverage of any insurance upon the Building or contents of the Building.
