Common use of FIRE INSURANCE RATES Clause in Contracts

FIRE INSURANCE RATES. In any action or proceeding wherein Owner and Tenant are parties, a schedule or "make up" of rates applicable to the Building or property located therein issued by the New York Fire Insurance Rating Organization, or other similar body fixing such fire insurance rates, shall be conclusive evidence of the facts therein stated and of the several items and charges in the fire insurance rates then applicable to the Building or property located therein.
