Fire Marshal Pay Sample Clauses

Fire Marshal Pay. An employee incumbent in the job class of Fire Marshal on the date of this agreement will continue to receive an incentive pay in the amount of 15% of base salary for the possession of job-relevant training certificates issued by the Office of the State Fire Marshal. This incentive pay program is closed, and shall not be available to any incumbents of the job class of Fire Marshal hired or promoted after December 29, 2011.
